SPZK-002 Series IoT Remote Constant Temperature & Humidity Control Cabinet for Clean Air Handling Units in PCR Laboratories is an integrated IoT ventilation and automatic control device specially developed for negative-pressure PCR laboratories. The standard overall dimension of the complete unit is 1000×800×300 mm. It supports multi-speed fan power ranging from 2.2 kW to 7.5 kW. Equipped with a touch visual interface and IoT remote management system, the cabinet can work with clean air handling units to realize dual local and remote automatic control.
The whole system operates stably. By interlocking with exhaust fans, biological safety cabinets and fume hoods, it accurately maintains constant temperature, constant humidity and directional negative pressure inside PCR laboratories. It supports remote start/stop of the unit, online monitoring, and alarm notification via SMS and WeChat. Multi-level fault alarms strengthen the biosafety defense line, meeting the requirements of remote operation & maintenance and biosafety compliance for CDC and medical institutions, and greatly reducing on-site manual attendance costs.
