SPZK-004 Series Constant Temperature & Humidity Control Cabinet for Production Workshop Clean AHU is a large integrated ventilation control device designed for GMP clean workshops. Measuring 1800×800×450 mm, it accommodates high-power fans from 7.5 kW to 22 kW. Equipped with a visual touch monitoring interface, it delivers full-process automatic control paired with large clean air handling units.
The system operates stably with synchronous multi-point monitoring and alarms for temperature, humidity and indoor pressure differential. It interlocks air supply, exhaust and return air dampers to maintain constant temperature, humidity and stable clean pressure differential in workshops. Multiple fault alarms ensure uninterrupted production. It meets GMP compliance requirements for pharmaceutical and medical device clean workshops and cuts manual inspection costs.
