SPZK-003 Series IoT Remote Constant Temperature & Humidity Control Cabinet for Clean Air Handling Units of Positive Control Rooms is an integrated IoT ventilation automatic control device specially developed for positive control laboratories. The standard overall dimension of the complete unit is 1000×800×300 mm. It supports multi-gear fan power ranging from 1.1 kW to 5.5 kW. Fitted with a touch visual interface and IoT remote management system, the cabinet can cooperate with clean air handling units to realize dual local and remote automatic control.
The whole system runs stably. It performs unified regulation by interlocking air supply, exhaust and return air dampers to precisely maintain constant temperature, constant humidity and stable negative pressure isolation environment in positive control rooms. The system supports remote start/stop of the unit, online monitoring, and alarm notifications via SMS and WeChat. Multi-level fault alarms block the risk of pathogen leakage. It satisfies the requirements of remote operation & maintenance and biosafety compliance for positive laboratories in pharmaceutical enterprises and CDCs, and greatly cuts on-site manual attendance costs.
